A Convoluted Mess

This book is a total disaster.
It is utterly impossible to follow, there is virtually no character development at all.
This should have been creepy, fun, suspenseful.
Instead it is confusing, flat, lackluster, and boring.
I really wanted to like this book, I am exceedingly disappointed that I wasted a credit here.
The summary is completely misleading.
Don’t fall for it.
It is not a locked room, atmospheric, isolated island, character driven mystery at all as the summary would have you believe.
The narration is fine, no complaints there.

Upgraded who dunnit

Very differenf kind of whodunnit. Several different tropes coming together to make a quite satisfying murder mystery. A who dunnit taken to another level. The reader was quite good too.

Sleep

I really enjoyed this listen, a scary thought, as this could easily happen in real life, vengeance is a terrible thing. The narration was very good.
