I’ve read quite a few books on insomnia during sleepless nights, and I must say this audiobook is one of the best on the subject. It is comprehensive and provides a thorough understanding of insomnia, unraveling the complexities of sleep by breaking down its stages and cycles and explaining why sleep is essential for your body. The basics of good sleep are thoroughly explored, covering sleep hygiene, environmental factors, and lifestyle adjustments. I found the information helpful in synchronizing my mind and body for better sleep. The book also offers valuable insights into various nonmedicinal, drug-free interventions and tools designed to enhance sleep quality and comfort, presenting effective strategies for overcoming common sleep obstacles.
