The inability to fall asleep, maintain a deep sleep, or go back to sleep quickly after waking during the night are simply habits that develop over time, then become self-perpetuating. Insomnia may contain any combination of these elements. It turns bedtime into a dreaded ordeal, rather than a time to rest and dream. This relaxing download is designed to fall asleep to. As you listen and doze off, you will create new neural pathways to replace the insomnia habit with one of peaceful, easy sleep. You’ll use the power of hypnosis to overcome even lifelong sleep disturbances and get the healthy rest you need, without the use of drugs.

Love her voice and the lapping water sounds. I find that when she repeats things it helps me regain focus and hone back into the hypnosis.

repetitive in a good way!

I don't sleep very well. I'm trying these sleep hypnosis downloads. FYI remember to either put it on auto shut off or repeat. I didn't do that and the follow up book woke me. I'll try again. I really like this narrator. Some of the others are English which I don't care for or to my ears, they sound spooky. This narrator is rather straight forward but soothing enough. I think you have to get used to these. I didn't expect it to work the first time.
