The girls decide it’s payback time. Total humiliation for Arnie. They find a recipe for blue slime on a YouTube channel and mix a big bucket to pour over Arnie at his birthday party.

To their horror, the girls instantly discover that slime doesn't pay! Before their eyes, Arnie’s whole body starts to change. The slime turns him into a real monster.

Now Amy and Lissa have two frightening dilemmas: Can they save their town from the raging Arnie Monster? And is there any way to turn the monster back into Arnie?

It's Fun

Its a fun new take with Slime. However, I felt like we've heard this sort of thing before. Like Goosebumps Slappyworld #13, there was only a slight difference.

I felt it started way too slow, and Chapter 20 is when it starts to really pick up. And from there, it's just a couple chapters of action. I think the Narration could have been better, didn't feel like any sort of emotions was there. But you'll get that from time to time.

I still recommend it for the fun of it, I mean we have the Master of Horror for Children, still writing. Us original people need to help keep the nostalgia alive and breathing into the new generations.

Kids level scary fun

A great plot for me and my 10yr old to listen to. We liked continuously guessing what would happen next, not so much “scary” as weird and unusual but a great story and characters.
