HOT AND SEXY

This is a great book. A small part of me feels like it gives Christians a bad rep, but I myself having grown up in a very conservative Christian familyI think this book in away reminds us that we have to be careful how we teach other people about God, and stop making them think he’s some bloodthirsty gangster out to get us because he isn’t. I wouldn’t mind a few more audiobooks like this.

Unique plot, nice story ✨

This was a pretty nice book with a unique story.
I really liked Michael as a whole, and Ruby's personality was also enjoyable as hell, especially in the funny and reckless parts.
Spicy times were nicely written, maybe a tiny bit exaggerated and a bit repetitive, but they did leave me with a nice feeling.
Didn't particularly like the opposite sex voices of both the narrators. CJ's female voice had a terrible sound and accent, while Lucy's male voice wasn't "male" enough. all in all I still quite enjoyed it although I wouldn't see myself listening to it again.

Slow Burn: A Bodyguard Romance

This was my first Roxie Noir book. It won't be my last one. It wasn't very original but I stilled enjoyed it. the sex scenes were very hot and explicit. So if you don't like scenes like that then it won't be your cup of tea.

Hot as sin!

The heroine in this story is the daughter of a ultra-conservative, hyper religious senator who’s up for re-election. Recently divorced and having attracted a stalker, her father hires a bodyguard who is a Secret Service agent on administrative leave. She’s so oppressed by her family, having moved back into her parents home after divorcing her gay husband, and isn’t allowed to have any opinions of her own. Her bodyguard falls for her and they start having a secret affair, while the stalker continues to send letters and follow her. This audiobook was just engaging and the narration was spot on for the characters. Great entertainment!

I loved the story and the narration. The narrators captured the characters perfectly. The story has great depth and emotion.
