She’s been intrigued by small towns all her life, but she gets more than she bargained for when she arrives. The accident-prone chef has the bad habit of spilling coffee all over the meddlesome sidekick of her best friend’s boyfriend—who looks painfully good in his blue uniform. But what's worse, he keeps managing to get under her skin at every turn, leading to a hilarious rivalry between the two opposites.

Could’ve been…

This story could’ve been soo much better. It has the bare bones of a great book but fell terribly short. It felt like AI wrote it as well as narrated it.
Subtle nuances and character development was completely lost in ridiculous scenes. The “soul” of the story was not even there. I can look past the virtual voice making non human mistakes.
Sorry this was a big miss and disappointment.
