Excellent info. A little outdated and Narration is awful.

I’ve not finished the book but so far the content is excellent and insightful; however the information is about 9 years old and some of the data needs updating to accurately reflect the current economy and inflation rates. The worst part of this book is not the book itself but the narration. It sounds like a robot or AI recording, but according to the credits, a live person narrated this book.
