Powerful authentic story of the west. Performance was as authentic as the story. A classic. Take a listen. Do it.

Not a thing. The story is perfect. I will listen again because the first time wasn’t enough.

This was one of my favorite books when I was a kid, and it’s still a great book!

Great return to a classic.

Great story, great performance. The only downside of the audiobook is we miss all of Will James’ illustrations.

Wonderful book. Even my 9 year old son said it was the best book he’s ever heard.

The way that life took Smoky on a long outside circle.

The narrator was excellent. He was never flat and the different voices were very entertaining. But the story gets all the credit. Will James was great writer and a real cowboy.
