Jackson and Amelia's story was a sweet, easy-listening romance that made for a relaxing experience. The narration was well done and suited the tone perfectly. This is the second book in the series, and I’m definitely looking forward to diving into the third."

Inga 🐕 sounds adorable!

This is a good Firefighter/ BFF's brother story. There's a lot of depth to it. I do wish the ending had more to it like an Epilogue. Jackson also seems to be a 🔥 BookBoyfriend.

Small town romance

Smolder by MacKenzie Stowe is an excellent small town romance. C.J. Locks did an incredible job with the narration. Smolder is the second book in The Easton Firefighter Trilogy. The story is entertaining, interesting, enjoyable, engaging, romantic, steamy, and more. Dr. Sander is a vet in the small town. Dalton is a loner firefighter, who has PTSD from the battle field. But after Dalton finds a hurt puppy things started to change. Can the puppy help heal Dalton? Can the puppy bring them together? I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. Highly recommend.

Passion, Secrets, and Romance!

This is the second book in The Easton Firefighter trilogy. Amelia and Jackson’s story is sweet and engaging. Amelia, a veterinarian, is beautiful and caring. Jackson, a firefighter, is handsome and protective. The storyline is compelling, filled with secrets, passion, and romance. Looking forward to listening to the next in the series.
