Poor Recording

Really dislike a British accent for a story set in the United States. The pronunciation of Houston and Galveston was atrocious. The recording repeated lines often and there was one place where she coughed and said "excuse me" so I don't think this is the edited recording. Story was OK but not one of the better ones.

Sad

I have enjoyed these books. I don’t mind the English accent at all.
That said, the complete mispronunciation of words in the English language is annoying. The recording and editing is terrible. It is unconscionable to me you would let this be sold. The sad part is this author is good, the characters are good, just not sure I can listen to another when absolutely no respect is given to our ears and the authors words.
