I didn't realize how tense I am until I started listening to this audiobook. There are so many helpful tips in reconnecting with your breath and your body. The exercises are very well explained and easy to do. I have a lot of mobility issues because of arthritis and hip replacements. Very calming and important to accept myself as I am when I sometimes struggle to do that because I have not got the athletic ability or flexibility I once had. Thank you! Important work and well done.
