Brother's best friend trope done really well in this book. Taylar has questionable taste in men but she has always had a crush on Keon. Keon just recently started seeing her as a desirable woman. Sparks were definitely flying in this short book. I enjoyed it a lot.

Although I don't like age gap romance, it was a great story. The parents were terrible but the children still turned out great.

The Love Of Your Life Could Come When You Least Expect It.

Taylar and Keon were such a cute couple 💚. I love a good childhood friends to lovers/age gap/brother's bestfriend romance. The only thing is that I wish the book was longer. I felt like we got a little back story on both of them but everything just seemed so rushed. I wanted more angst between them and yearning and desire with secret glances. I felt like we only got the "ah hah" moment between them.

I would have loved to have heard more about Taylar's friends or her brothers. I'm hoping they'll be more books coming about their road to love. All in all this was a quick book that I listened to 2x back to back because I wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything the first time around.
