She wrote the book on escaping a predator… Now one is coming for her.

Faith Finley has it all: she’s a talented psychologist with a flourishing career, a bestselling author and the host of a popular local radio program, Someone’s Listening, with Dr. Faith Finley. She’s married to the perfect man, Liam Finley, a respected food critic.

Until the night everything goes horribly wrong, and Faith’s life is shattered forever.

Liam is missing—gone without a trace—and the police are suspicious of everything Faith says. They either think she has something to hide, or that she’s lost her mind.

And then the notes begin to arrive. Notes that are ripped from Faith’s own book, the one that helps victims leave their abusers. Notes like “Lock your windows. Consider investing in a steel door.”

As the threats escalate, the mystery behind Liam’s disappearance intensifies. And Faith’s very life will depend on finding answers.

This is one of the best psychological thrillers I’ve read in a long time. The characters were interesting and the storyline never let me down. This is a must read!!

Kept me guessing until the end!

good storyline but the narrator's accent was annoying. She pronounces "e" as "a". many times it led to confusion. Couldn't figure out why a guy had an"axe" when she was really saying "ex". once you notice it you can't unnoticed it. that being said, she did a good job overall.

annoying main character but kept my interest

This was a twisty turn kind of drama thriller. It really kept my interest. I liked the strong woman main character. She wasn’t perfect, she was realistic. All the characters were likable. It went by so fast I was like noooo !!!! What’s the next book from this author ??
Definitely get this book !!

Awesome !!

The book was good until the end, maybe I’ve seen one too many movies where the main girl fights back, but she barely did. The bad guy was someone I did not even think of, so very good there.

Not sure how I feel about this book.

The story was slow. It was only the end that was very interesting. However, because of the numerous characters it did keep me guessing.

Slow going
