I have been fascinated by the study of alchemy but it's all encompassing nature has kept me from practically applying it to my life experiences directly. This book has given me a much more clear understanding of how to take these mental processes to a new level of awareness and actually understand what it is I'm doing when I self-audit my thoughts and actions throughout my days.
