Very entertaining, enjoyable story and performance

This is the first book by this author that I have read or listened to. I enjoyed the characters including the K-9 of course, the suspense, the nice slow romance, and the flow of the story. The performance is good. It's a very enjoyable book to listen to. And it has a happy ending.
