Felice Arena and Aussie Rules Football great Garry Lyon combine the second and third books in their popular Specky Magee children's series, performed with infectious energy by Styg Wemyss. Specky Magee is the star full-forward of his Under 14s Aussie Rules Football team, the Booyong High Lions, and in the first story, he must deal with his nemesis while competing in a contest for young football stars. The second installment finds Specky nursing a knee injury, but it doesn't stop him from playing, which might ruin the rest of his career. Wemyss displays great charm, making Specky a lovable hero.
