The purpose of this book is to highlight Satan’s tactics and the weapons he uses against us. We are in a battle with Satan for our souls. If we are not watchful and do not fight, we will lose. But if we fight---in the right way---God guarantees our victory. God’s way is the right way, the only way to defeat Satan.

This is a Spiritual Battle, of course, but Satan does not array demonic soldiers against us. Instead, he uses Assassins--- demons who murder because of their fanatical adherence to Satan. Assassins operate in the dark, quietly, but are extremely deadly. They use various means of killing their target, such as poison, a blade, an explosion, even a staged accident. The victim seldom sees them coming. That is why we are going to study them. We can be on the lookout for Assassins if we know what to expect.
