As the first full-time manager of the soon-to-be Appalachian Bear Rescue, it turns out the bears taught him more about life than he ever could have imagined. One very well written book

This was a very pleasant book to listen to. Well written and educational. This book belongs on the same shelf as The Wolverine Way by Douglas H. Chadwick. Any family will enjoy, love those bear cubs, keep them wild. Dick Dziuk

Compassion and Wisdom

This book speaks volumes about bears and humans with entertaining glimpses from a hands on perspective about wildlife rehabilitation and release. It's a very good read and well read by the author. Highly recommended.
