Basically a superficial academic introduction to the notion of sport science without any real practical use. You won’t find anything new or anything you did not know before (basically it contain only things that everybody know, even the general population) and even some grossly outdated believes that everybody consider outdated I believe since before 2010. I think is the worst book I listen in the last 4 years (and I listen to more than 100 books per year!). Is outrageous that something so superficial is even in a book format, not even a blog would be so superficial!

Useless and outdated
