Stalked But Not Afraid is a fun and sexy steamy hurt/comfort novel. Brooks is an influencer friend of Ben’s ex-wife who recommended he hunt Ben down for help after receiving a flurry of increasingly creepy and stalkery DMs. Roman and Brooks do not get off on the best foot thanks to Roman’s overbearing and pushy nature, even it’s well meant. Brooks is stubbornly independent and Roman is stubbornly determined to help even it’s not entirely wanted. The butting of heads is funny as they both refuse to back down and definitely is part of their “mating dance”. This could be read as a standalone but why would you want to do that when book 1 is just as awesome?!

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of the book and loved it so much I preordered the audio. I definitely recommend!

Another good listen

Book two, a good addition to this series. Well written and a very good narrating pair. I love getting to know these guys. They are all over coming tragedy and finding Love.

Ronan and Brooks…

Decent story. I liked both Ronan and Brooks…I don’t know if I liked how they initially got together…I thought in first book you could see the relationship progressing to where it ended up, this one wasn’t as smooth. Brooks was really resistant and not very open. He was actually in a lot of denial about the seriousness of his situation and not very responsive to Brooks. They end up being good together, I just don’t think for me it would have transitioned to a relationship.

Overall enjoyed it…and the narration was good.

I am loving this series! Likable characters, realistic storyline and exceptional duet narration. Highly recommend!
