the fun

I loved the snark and the wise craving. I also like a main character who admits she doesnt know everything.

different story line

interesting characters but just getting good when it ended.would have liked story to continue developing relationships

That New Jersey Accent!

The New Jersey accent grew on me and by the second book I was obsessed. So unique , spunky, and fun to listen too. I love being along for the ride as we watch Ember grow into her new found family and powers. Just wait until she meets her familiar… literally priceless!

Wow this was fun and refreshing!

I wasn't sure what to expect from this book at first. I got it with one of the 2 for 1 deals. The synapses was interesting and I needed a second book. I am so glad I got it and will be checking out the other books.

Enjoyable

The stories are enjoyable and charming. Clean reading for those who have a hard time finding good books. There are some good quips. This book would be good for teenagers and adults. I’m looking forward to listening to more stories.
