good but need more

very good amount of information about what to expect when working with clients. especially listing warning signs about for problematic clients .
however I needed more infrastructure steps not only referrals to sites I needed guidance on how to navigate each page.

This book may help you de use weather or not you really want to start a cleaning business but it doesn't give too much detail on how to go about it. Though it does point you in the right direction it stops short of actually providing the information. I was interested but will still need to do much more research on getting a license, insurance/bond and getting on my feet.

this book is informative and covers all the details I've been researching.... from tips to tricks, cleaning solutions to wood polish techniques ... and more. I would recommend this book to those who are specifically interested in launching a cleaning business.

the book is a bit lacking in meat but good for jogging your mind and getting a small start.

I think it was information. I didn't care for the robotic speaker. But worth buying and you will learn from it.
