Best framework for success

I wish I have read this book a decade ago, it is life changing for me. not only it showed the power of having a vision and values that dictate the investing strategy, it provided me the entire framework with all its artifacts and steps.. and then some. I highly recommend it to everyone

A fresh new perspective

I've read a lot of books on all types of investing and especially real estate. I had become bored with the choices available. I really enjoyed the big picture perspective of this book. I felt like it was excellent to think of it as refreshing feedback on hiw I'm doing in my own real estate investing. so, in short, this book is worth the listen.

Excellent book, issues with audio book

This is hands down the best real-estate guide for beginning-medium and even somewhat advanced real estate investors.

My biggest issue with the book is that some chapters are cut off. Chapter 22 on picking a market, for example, cuts off about 5 minutes in mid-sentence. I really want to hear the rest of that chapter!
