Virtual Voice is not for me

The story was a sweet, later-in-life romance. I liked how it didn’t take place over a week but over months like a true relationship is supposed to develop.
I had a VERY hard time with the Virtual Voice. It was better than most as far as putting feeling and emphasis on certain words and a more natural human flow to the speech, but “hayride” is pronounced “hay”+”ride” not “hair”+”ride”. Is it not edited like a written book? I will think long and hard about listening to any audiobooks that are recorded this way in the future. I’d filter them out if I could.

Sweet story

I’m not crazy about the virtual voice. Missed the inflection’s of a real person. Seemed flat!!
I did enjoy the story and the relationships.
