Intriguing Characters & Storyline

I did not have a problem at all with the virtual narration. I really enjoyed the plot line and felt that the story could have ended up less abrupt than it did. The overall ending was without fanfare and void of a good climax to the story. It would have been more interesting, in my opinion, had the author elaborated on the animals and Sousa’s ability. In spite of the overall poor ending, I really did enjoy this plot line.

Good….but not

The plot itself was good and I didn’t mind the AI voice after a couple of chapters. The futuristic parts were not well defined and didn’t do much for the story. The whole wild animal population research bunker was never really explained. The ending was a total let down. This kept me entertained on a solo long road trip, but I would not recommend.
