Following the Vietnam War, a top-secret military operation known as Project Stalwart was designed to produce a highly intelligent and powerful soldier. When the test subject showed no immediate effects, the project was shut down. The soldier who agreed to be the guinea pig of the experiment was sent back to his civilian life.
