Your personal identity describes who you are, who you aspire to be, or who people perceive you to be. The majority of us have been told in our lives at one time or another that we can be whoever or whatever we want to be, but what happens when someone else makes that decision for you without your honest consent? Typically in our society when someone's identity is stolen, there are a series of laws and agencies in place to remedy that issue; however, when it is the lawmaker that is the thief of your identity, what recourse do you have? Who do you tell? Who can help you? Who will believe you?

Stolen Identity is a story about a young man's battle with a dysfunctional family, a faulty criminal justice system, and oppressive society to distinguish who he really is from who they have labeled him as and virtually created him to be.

I loved it! This audiobook was very detailed about the life of the author. It is well worth the read. The story displays the author's perseverance and an unwillingness to give up. I could listen to the narrator read multiple books as well which is very important for an audiobook.

Awesome and inspirational!

The audiobook 🔊affected me more differently than the printed book. This audiobook🔊 has provided a more vivid depiction of the legalization system that is still employed against the populace.
The author's use of descriptive details to construct a picture of the experience from his perspective as a young, abused, talented black boy is ingenious and brave.
This young man's tragedy should be utilized as a case study💼 at all universities to illustrate the corrupted and unfair system that afflicts the majority of economically disadvantaged and people of color. Thank you for sharing your story, let this be inspiration to many and also may your desires be fulfilled through God!!!
👏 🙀 AMAZING Audiobook!!!

At first the narration made this story hard to listen to. As I listened to the story I became convinced this story should not be easy to listen to. Stolen Identity tells one story of a justice system that plays a significant role in our society and has gone wrong. Sadly this is an all too common story.

A window in to a justice system gone wrong

Great listen. I appreciate the author’s vulnerability in sharing his story. This situation happens to so many brothers and continues to ruin our lives and beat us down. My prayers there’s true justice in the long run for Roshawn and other brothers who share similar struggles.

RoShawn’s story is a sobering reminder that the system is broken but that doesn’t mean our spirits and souls are.

This book addresses the unaddressed, over looked, and ignored when it comes to false sex accusations, fast while under aged, ignorant parents, and a prejudice criminal system!!!

And the moderator was great.
