Incredible Book on Self Storage!

This is the best book written on the topic of Self Storage Investing! But it’s more than that, it’s one of the best overall commercial real estate books I’ve ever read. The author does a phenomenal job at breaking down all the different strategies and nuances that exist in self storage and commercial real estate. Whether you’re a beginner or have decades under your belt, I truly believe you will find something in this book that will help you in your real estate journey.

Will read this again as the content and context were so qualitative. Self Storage unit introduction, self storage industry overview and perspective, commercial real estate investing advantages and benefits were all covered. Info for seasoned and newbie investors.

Love the way information was presented. I would recommend this for anyone interested in self storage or commercial real estate. I would also recommend it for those who already own self storage but want to do the necessary value ads to increase NOI and value

good not great

it seems like this book was written more for self-storage syndicators. not the individual investor who wants to own self storage by themselves. not quite the book I was looking for, but still good for the bigger investors.
