If I didn't know better I would have said Aliistair MacLean wrote this book. Even the cadence of the book followed MacLean's style. It of course helped that the reader was the same one who has done most of MacLean's other books. At any rate, Sam Llewellyn did a brilliant job. I'm looking forward to the next Navaron book.

Missing a lot of the panache of MacClean's stories. Was almost ready to put it down in the first third, as Mallory, Andrea, and Miller seemed more liable to solve problems with heavy firepower than with the stealth and cunning I was used to. this slackened off however as the book went on and it could have easily been written by MacClean.

Worrisome at first. But faithful
