Buck has been a lot of things in his life—a Marine, a firefighter, human. And now, after an unwanted bite, he's a motherloving werewolf. With wings.

All he wants is to ignore the feral furball sharing his skin, but that's hard when he keeps waking up naked on a cabin roof. The cursed mutt has a mind of its own, and it insists on dragging him to one place: Camp Thunderbird. A secret summer camp for shifter kids… which is in desperate need of a camp counselor.

If he doesn't step in to fill the vacancy, some of the campers will have to go home. Buck would rather swallow ground glass, but he can't let the kids down.

Only one thing could make this worse… and he's stuck with her all summer.

The moment he sets eyes on his co-counselor, Buck knows he's in trouble. Her sunny smile has the beast in him howling for release. Even the damn kids can see the connection between them (and are way too eager to give fate a helping hand, as if he didn't have enough problems already). But he's determined to stay in control of his own destiny—even if that means telling his fated mate to her face that this is never going to happen.

And she's… perfectly fine with being rejected?

Which doesn't make a lick of sense. He can barely stay in control around the maddening woman, yet she doesn't seem to have any trouble fighting her own animal instincts. And Camp Thunderbird is shifters only, no humans allowed. Either he's losing his mind…

Or this summer just got a lot more complicated.

Welcome to Cub Camp. It's going to be a wild summer…

Grab a s'more and gather round the campfire for a laugh-out-loud, slow-burn, grumpy/sunshine, fated mates shifter romance featuring a sassy heroine in her 40s, a growly protective wolf shifter, and a pack of lovable campers determined to get their counselors to happily-ever-after... no matter how hard they resist. Includes a bonus epilogue!

Each book in the Shifter Cub Camp series is a complete standalone romance featuring a different couple, with no cliffhangers. Best enjoyed in order.

This was a very great story. I love the character buck this had a lot of fun laughs, and the narrator male voice is every woman’s dream. Can’t wait for the next book to come out and the special epilogue was great. I think they should’ve had that epilogue before the original epilogue, it would’ve flown better

Great story, great narration

This was one of the funniest novels that I read last year so I was excited to get the audiobook. I think both narrators nailed the characters and moved the story along. I’m glad they included a bonus story at the end. I don’t want to say too much and spoil it, but I am looking forward to Conleth’s story next.

Sweet funny fantasy romance … with wings
