Poignant and touching second chance love story!

I loved this poignant and touching second chance love story. It has been ten years since Jacob and Pria lost each other. Jacob is bitter and dead inside not letting anyone in. Pria is polarized by her need to care for everyone but herself. Pria is a PR specialist when she is hired to clean up Jacob's image. Neither want the other there, but Pria needs the money to take care of her family. As they reluctantly spend time together, they slowly learn each other's heartbreaking secrets, and why they have never been able to love again. They are drawn to each other, and the connection they once shared, thinking was long buried, roars back to life. But their time is only temporary, will they be able to walk away with their hearts in tact, or will they fight for each other before their hearts are crushed for good this time? This story is a roller coaster of deep emotion that I couldn't put down. My heart broke and then put back together again as I watched Jacob and Pria fight hard to find themselves, heal from past hurts, and feel worthy to live and love again. Ms. Burgoa is a master at weaving moving stories that pull at your heart strings, while slowly revealing layer by layer these intriguing characters, making you fall hard for them and cheer for their HEA! I loved having the whole Colthurst-Decker clan there to pester, love and support unconditionally. I love their banter and the crazy way the triplets are connected. I can't wait to read Matthews story next!
Robert Hatchet, and Stephanie Nemeth-Parker added so much depth to these characters as they continue to narrate this breathtaking, second chance romance, and bringing it to life so clearly. I loved the way they developed and expressed these characters and their struggles so intimately, and made me care for them even more. I was completely captivated by their passionate and poignant performance.
