Yes, I would highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to feel less stressed and more calm.

What did you like best about this story?

With it being hypnosis, I haven't heard the entire book in my conscience state, but I can say I find myself waking up before the alarm goes off in the morning, feeling peaceful and relaxed more during the day. Now that's a good thing!!

What made the experience of listening to Stress Relief Hypnosis the most enjoyable?

I enjoyed the narrator's voice and the soothing tone of the whole hypnosis session. I sat for another 40 minutes or so after the words stopped feeling completely peaceful. It did remind me of a meditation, though I have never been hypnotized in person so I don't know the different in feeling hypnotized or just really, really relaxed. I certainly felt very at ease and it was a nice change for me.

Any additional comments?

In general, I enjoyed the session and felt relaxed immediately afterwards. So, two thumbs up for bringing my mood up!
