Step siblings

A really good book to listen to while I was cleaning. Nova’s mom is marrying Ethan’s dad. So it gets a little weird when the step siblings fall for each other. Especially when they are from different worlds. Or is it? Can Ethan be more than what everyone thinks he is?
It’s a very sweet and funny book that I definitely enjoyed listening to.

Ethan and Nova's parents are getting married, meaning that they will be step siblings. They are in a difficult position, because technically they are doing nothing wrong by being attracted to each other as step siblings - they met as adults before the wedding and they are not related by blood, so I give them a pass! Their bigger problems are the movie studios Ethan works for, who feel that Nova gives him bad publicity, and the paparazzi, who make up whatever lies they want about the two of them. Our poor MCs have a lot to cope with. I liked the romance and the banter between them, as well as the general humour in the book.
I loved the narration by Mia Mason. Her expression and pacing were great, which made me want to keep listening to the story.
I received an audiobook copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

This sweet, steamy story was so much fun!!! Loved the snark between them and the slow burn…

This Audiobook was narrated by Mia Mason and she was the best!!! She had to portray both male and female roles and did it flawlessly!!! I felt the elation, the angst, and all of the other emotions between these characters. Great performance!!
