Her job is to keep an eye on the sexy contractor. Problem is, she can’t keep her eyes off him.

This is my dream job. Free room and board at a resort center, plus I’m being paid. All I have to do is keep an eye on the hunky contractor who was hired to renovate the place.

Soon, that becomes a problem, though. How can I get my work done when all I can do is think about him?

And when he convinces me to stray outside of my comfort zone, he captures my heart. Maybe this job isn’t the only great thing about Rosewood Ridge.

Stuck with the Mountain Man is an OTT age gap romance featuring an alpha hero and V-card heroine. It’s designed to be read in only one hour. If you like short, steamy instalove novellas, you’ll love the entire Rosewood Ridge Mavericks series!

fast-paced, mostly predictable. one moment actually raised my eyebrows, then lowered them in confusion because i had expected some internal reflection from Sierra.
nope. we just breezed right through it and straight into his head.
that wasn't a bad thing. i dont really like it when authors waste time by making us see the same event from BOTH povs.

color me shocked that the guy didn't say one mean or insulting thing to the woman. no jealousy, no mafia kings or motorcycle clubs. it's just a short and sweet love story about normal people.
and that's perfectly okay!!

i liked that the author didn't force extra drama or follow the same boring formulas that just made a short story unnecessarily long.

too bad it's virtual voice. i normally skip them without even giving the story a chance. I'd rather read the story the old fashioned way than listen to an emotionless robot mispronounce words or get the tone wrong.

BUT .... of all the virtual voices I've listened to, this one is tolerable. that's the point of my review, to encourage others to give it a try.

I'm not a huge fan of these little shorts, but this one sounded interesting and I wasn't disappointed. If you have an hour free, this is a good one to fill in that hour. Probably not something you want to listen to at work, though. It's got a couple of pretty hot and spicy bits.

A short, but entertaining story
