loved this book

Very practical and insightful. Could listen to it over and over again. Dave narrating was pleasant too. BUY IT : ) its worth it

Not what I thought it would be

The book is an ok listen at best. It has some good points, but not the persuasive book I was looking for. It focused more on larger audiences in most cases, so if you are a one on one salesman, this book will not help you nearly as much if you are looking to pinpoint specific behaviors from a client.
