Are you someone who:
- sees a need and are taking action
- wants to know more about how the best nonprofit organizations (NPOs) get things done
- believes we are responsible for the world together, or is willing to consider the idea
My first 10 years in the nonprofit sector were spent helping start and build St. John of Kronstadt Orthodox Christian School. I don’t know why I was asked to help, but seeing the need, I agreed wholeheartedly.
My goal from the beginning was to learn all I could to help the school be excellent in every way. I called the first meeting, served as Board President for 8 years and Business Administrator for 10. I had a “front row seat” experiencing all the challenges and successes in the process of establishing that nonprofit organization.
I now have over 20 years of nonprofit experience, having helped raise millions of dollars through Kronstadt Consulting, completed two professional nonprofit leadership certifications*, and celebrated many successes with my clients and their organizations. And, happily, The Little School is still going strong.
All the keys to success I learned along the way are here for you.
Our work for nonprofits begins and ends with love. From the ancient Greek, philo means "loving, fond of, tending to” and anthropos means "humankind" or "humanity." So,
Philanthropy is brotherly love for mankind.
You are the heart and hands of your community: your fellow man, as well as the world and the creatures in it, are counting on your success.
No pressure.
