When the fans of the heavy metal band Suck-U-Bus start dying, Lisa will give anything to save her brother so she starts to investigate and follow the band on tour. It is impossible to know who to trust when you are dealing with demons and overly enthusiastic metal heads who will sacrifice their soul to get a chance to see what happens on the Bus.
All sorts of bodily fluids flow in this glorious and vulgar mix of horny heavy metal and demon infested cult like worship.

This is very interesting book. I don’t think I’ve read anything quite like it before and I really enjoyed reading it most definitely has some twist and turns.

Suck-U-Bus!

this fast-paced, edgy book follows Lisa and her brother, Danny, who love heavy metal and a good concert! Danny loves the band, Suck-U-Bus, and talks Lisa into going to see them at a live show. While there, Danny is chosen to go backstage after the concert to hang out with "The Mothers" from the band, but things are not what they seem!

after the concert, Danny starts acting strange and decides to follow the band on their tour. on top of that, Lisa is having crazy nightmares and sleep paralysis... Danny leaves cryptic voicemails and Lisa can't get in touch with him. Lisa continues to wonder what is going on, especially after learning of deaths linked to the band!

rumors are flying about the band.... is it drugs or demons?! you have to read it to find out!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! it kept me listening to hear what was going to happen next! :) Lisa is a very likeable character and I enjoyed following along to see what was going on with the band and the people that followed their tour, what Lisa's nightmares were for, and what everything meant!.

A Satanic Panic Tour

Reviewing for the audiobook listened at 1.4x.

This takes some of my favorite things and wraps it up into such a nice package. Suck-U-Bus is what the satanic panic thinks happens with metal music and has you following Lisa as she tries to get her brother out of the grips of The Mothers, the band members that have made a pact with a demon as they make their way through their tour.

I was hoping there would be more about the occult stuff, and it did feel a bit tell more than show at times and the ending felt a bit flat and rushed to finish, but I did enjoy the story. Finding out that the 2nd in the series is a bit of a prequel and has you following the before the band defiantly has me looking forward to checking out the next one.

I really enjoyed having Ivy Coldburn as narrator for the ride of this story as she did an amazing job and had me hooked all the way through.

Fascinating

I enjoyed this original work - it was really refreshing to listen to an audiobook / read a book with a very unique plot. I liked how the story revolved around a band with a unique background and tradition.
