Where I wanna be..

I love the ladies, their relationship, their careers and of course Cap May. I don’t have a group of girlfriends, but these three ladies here I long for. As mush as I know writing can be challenging, Monica plus the audible defiantly 0stars ☺️

It was good

It was a good story even though I felt like Natalia wasn’t being smart about her husband but she got there by the end and I’m happy with how her story ended . Would read again.

Kept Me Captivated

Being that I don’t have time to actually read a book, I opted for the audio. However, one of my pet peeves is being read to! The combination of the story line by the author and the voices of the narrator/characters this was very easy and enjoyable to listen to. It kept my attention and I actually finished it and ready for discussion!

The story of lies.

I enjoyed how each character had a secret that took their relationship with each other on a out of control rollercoaster.

Friendship drama! Family drama!

Glad I won this book in giveaway, I would not have purchased it. It’s more of a library loan but a good summer season read. I’m not a reader reader, it was way too many chapters to my liking, some really could have been condensed. This book made me want to travel or go on a vacation. I would love to visit Cape May, but the description in the book sounded like it could’ve been on any beach, B&B, or winery. Lu, Natalia and Kenya spend the summer processing emotions, rebuilding trust, and healing to move forward. I can see this being a TVone or BETHer movie. A lot of betrayal, sad its from the people closest to you, like mother, besties, or spouse. Once the secrets and issues of each friend came out it lost my interest, but it picks back up to towards the end.
