Great new author for me.

really enjoyed this book including the narration and I've already moved on to another book by this author. there were some twists and turns in it and the ending didn't involve the people that I thought it did.

Clever!

Clever plot line, well developed characters & the mystery kept me guessing until the end! Fun read, especially being from Boston!

Hard to get through

I was expecting a light, fun beach read however this book is quite the opposite. It's a story of a physically abusive relationship, terminal illness and untimely death. The story is very slow moving and by the time it wrapped up I felt such sadness for what I had just listened to. I do think the narrator did a good job with a difficult book.
