great story

i listened to this book some time ago, i was thinking about how much I enjoyed it and i will listen to it again. Narration was the best. I love the story. Easy to follow. I will listen again

Delightful narration, enjoyable

This book was very enjoyable. The narration was delightful. Having the male and female actors reading all of the characters was outstanding. Each of them did an incredible job reading all of the parts, making the book so incredibly enjoyable, to listen to. And actually paying very close attention to details in the book in the narration was not overlooked. I must say bravo and an extra five stars to the actor and actress that did the narration making this book extra special. I really enjoyed the story. The plot was delightful. It wasn’t too heavy. The characters were fun, and some were quirky and kept your attention. A really good listen!

Good to the end

It started sort of slow and hard to follow. However it quickly caught my interest after that. It held my interest to the end. Hush’s story was easy to fall into and get caught up in. I highly recommend this book.
Only one voice was hard for me to listen to was Davis’ whinny voice. I know it was purposeful but could have been less obnoxious.

A Delightful Surprise!

Sweet Hush took me by surprise. Until several chapters in, I had no idea of the interesting, well written layers and characters Deborah Smith has skillfully woven into this long, engaging story.
One of my criteria for rating a book is whether I can imagine wanting to reread a story or not. I know I’ll be back to listen to Sweet Hush again sometime.
