Daniel's relationship with his girlfriend Shannon is on the rocks, taking her for granted and causing her so much pain, she decides to stay with her parents to think things through. Daniel takes counsel in his best friend Sam, who offers him advice when Daniel falls ill and discovers he has been diagnosed with Cancer. With only weeks or months to live, he realises his errors and the pain he's caused. He lives out the remainder of his life, to becoming a better man and cherishing the moments he has left with Shannon. But Daniel hasn't told her of his terminal illness, and Shannon becomes suspicious that the good treatment she's been receiving could be guilt over another woman. Will Daniel tell her the truth or will Shannon get fed up and leave him?
