The Adventures of the Abbey Mice series were written over forty years ago now. Loosely based on the beautiful historic Romsey Abbey in the Hampshire town of Romsey, England where I lived at the time. My style intentionally somewhat ‘old fashioned'. But that was exactly how I wanted the books to be. Probably satisfying my own like of books of that ilk. Reminiscent of my childhood.
