Very informative and entertaining

I especially like the organization of this book. With each chapter I learned about another topic related to aging. It was excellent to hear research results and also hear first hand experiences with each topic.

How to manage ageing and handle lifes tough fears and problems.

Sharing her experience as doctor - seeing several patients in critical condition and learnings from these lives, implementable solutions to avoid such toughest problems we face during our later part of our life. very good book.

Lots of good information and positive encouragement in this book. After listening to the audio book, I bought th e paperback.
