Life is precious. It is a terrible thing to waste life. We made fool of ourselves once when we squandered the opportunity given to us in as great a place as the Garden of Eden – opportunity to live life to the full. Out of that ideal place, the same opportunity has come up again to us to make a choice between life and death, and it has come in the form of Jesus, the Life. Take it or leave it, it is going to be the final decision. The Life is written specially to define life and state in clearest terms how can we live a life sans death. Life is no life it comes to an end one day. Life does not end. And it is marked by eternal joy. The only way we can have it is by removing the distance we have put between God and us. The life is an interesting book. More than interesting, you will undoubtedly find it very useful. If what is interesting is useless, then, surely, we don’t need it.
