THE WAY

“Where shall I go now from here?...Where CAN I go? There? Or there? Or there?… No matter where I go, I find myself where I am! Because all destinations are one and the same! I always find this upon reaching there! I wanted wealth enough to make me feel secure. Now I have it. But this is not all I want. I wanted wealth enough not to make me feel jealous of someone else’s. Now I have it. But this is not all I want. I wanted name. Now I have a name that inspires awe in people around me. But this is not all I want. I have more than one mansion, car and what not. Yet this is not all I want.” The question is, “Will the world suffice?” The answer is, “No.” You may or may not believe but this is the situation of one who is not reconciled to God. If you don’t have God, then nothing you have really counts. And if you have God, then you will also have the knowledge that nothing you ever had in this world could be compared with having God. The question is, “How to reach God?” Nobody could answer it as well as Lord Jesus Christ who said: “I am the Way,…” If you walk on this Way, you will realize by your own personal experience that sometime it’s the journey that teaches you a lot about your destination. Will you try it? This book is about The Way. Having said this, it must be added that this book is written for those who don't know anything about Jesus. It has nothing new to say to those who have read Bible and who know Him well. To be more specific, it is written for the non-Christian.
