There, behind a curtain of shimmering air, they stumble into a hidden magical realm: Aethelgard.
They quickly discover their two worlds are fatefully linked by a glowing Heartwood Crystal, which is being drained by a shadowy entity that feeds on despair. If the crystal’s light fades completely, their hometown will become a lifeless, joyless shadow of itself.
Now, five ordinary kids must overcome their fears and use their individual strengths to save a hidden world... and their own town.
