In the small town of Oakhaven, the annual Founder’s Day fair is a portrait of peaceful, American life. For EMT Mara Duvall and volunteer firefighter Cole Briggs, it’s a rare day off. But when the sky turns a sickly, nauseating green, the cheerful afternoon curdles into terror.
