Suprise Gem

Wow! I was surprised by this one. I have been an Audible listener for over a year and have come across a few dog piles among the clover. This book is great. The author/reader is engaging and thought provoking. I listened to the book back to back just to be sure I got it all. Very motivating and full of ideas you can use in career and life starting today. I find that I am motivated more by things I can use than by fictional stories and rah-rah fluffy feel good type books. This is a good one.

The Real Deal

This audio book was out-frickin'-standing! Finally! After listening through hours of fluffy, mushy self/business-improvement titles that give you what boils down to Rah! Rah! pep talks, theory and postulation, here's an audio book that you can actually use. And cheap! Don't let the low price fool you. This book is easily worth ten times what it's going for, maybe more. The author gives practical, no-BS advice that is actionable. Having listened to it once, I have started it again, this time with a pad and pen so that I can put the action steps down on paper. If you are interested in the idea of a personal success coach, this is about as close as you're going to get without going out and hiring one. Highly recommended!

Excellent coaching advice

Very good exercise’s for discovering what is hindering your current performance from getting to the next level and then taking action to do the required work to be able to get to the next learning curve and corresponding level of required performance, contribution and achieve greater success.

Disappointing

Upon reading other posted reviews, I was excited to listen to this audiobook. Unfortunately, I couldn't get through it. I just didn't find the content that useful, nor did I find this book much different from any other career advice book.
