A plot that keeps you guessing!

A delightful story with well-developed and believable characters that maintained my interest throughout! So many twists and turns and a surprise ending that I didn’t see coming! Looking forward to the next in this series!

Suspenseful

Well I didn't see this one coming at all. I even went back and relistened to the last half to see if I missed anything. I love how the Clark family circles the wagons of love, loyalty, and support. They made a safe place for each other. Another amazing adventure. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest opinion. The narrator did a great job bringing it to life.

Secrets, Lies, and Half Truths

Wow, this book has a lot of twist turns and twisted individuals. The characters are strong and well developed. I am so proud that Kelly is finally coming into her own. Adele, the sister, I have no words for that one. I guess what they said is true you can pick your friends but you can't pick your family. The lies and half truths that come out in this book will totally blow your mind. I won't give any spoilers, but this book is a must listen/read. I highly recommend this book. I received this book for free upon my request, but this has no bearing on my honest review.

Donut miss it...

The third book of the Kelly Clark series is donut of a cozy mystery frosted with inter-personal drama and sprinkled with revenge.

I have to admit, I wish I had listened to/read the first 2 books first because there was a lot inter-personal drama going on in this book that I didn't fully understand from the start, but as the story progressed, I was able to catch on. (I recommend you start with book one).

The story starts out with a prison break at the facility where Kelly Clark's ex-husband is serving time. Seeing as how Kelly is the reason he is behind bars, the uncertainty of the situation adds anxiety and fear to her already stressful life.

Great Mystery

Kelly continues to be tormented by her ex-husband by finding her brother-in-law, Mike borrowed money from her ex. Adele opens a pastry business with Nikki's help. Kelly has to solve another mystery. Amanda Fichter does a great job with the narration.
