classic

another great story. I just can't get enough of Mr Petit s work. a classic Western with a little romance. the narrator, Mr White is awesome. very descriptive pronunciations.

too much filler

The story is great but the first and last shoot-um ups really have nothing to do with the story. I've listened to every of the late Mr. Petit "books" at least twice and have enjoyed each of them. I always look forward to the few remaining but the start should set up the story and end at the inevitable marriage then the epilogue on how many children they had. (if you're a Petit fanboy you know what I'm talking about) As always Michael Allen White is superb.
